Brain Awareness Week

Brain Awareness Week is the global campaign to increase public awareness of the progress and benefits of brain research

The HivE Lab partners with the Dana Foundation’s Brain Awareness Week. Our research team visits Elementary Schools and educates future neuroscientists about the importance of the brain. We set up several interactive lab stations with an emphasis on helmet safety.

We visit schools year round, so if you are interested in having us come to your school, please email Dr. Hyman at

james.hyman@unlv.edu
